should be placed on it. Atmosphere Kites assumes no liability
for any claims for loss (direct, indirect or consequential)

Shop
* No contract to supply shall exist if your order has not been
confirmed by email, Atmosphere Kites cannot be held responsible
for the non arrival of emails for reason outside their jurisdiction
* Items can be returned within 7 days if completely unused and
in perfect condition. Refund, less costs incurred and any subsequent
charges, will be given on satisfactory return of goods
* Kiting can be a dangerous sport and we urge all customers
to ensure that they are suitably experienced, have protective
clothing and valid insurance before using any items we sell
or demonstrate. If in doubt please arrange or ask for suitable
training and ask for insurance details.
* These activities are carried out at the risk of the individual
concerned - no liablity is accepted by Atmosphere Kites
* We ask above all that you have fun and take care when doing
