• Whilst Atmosphere Kites has endeavoured to ensure that information provided by it on this site is accurate, it gives no warranty as to the reliability of the information contained within these pages or in relation to material linked to and from this site. The information displayed is of a general nature and no reliance should be placed on it. Atmosphere Kites assumes no liability for any claims for loss (direct, indirect or consequential) that may arise from reliance on information contained in the contents of these pages or in respect of any error or omission.
• Links contained in the website may lead to websites not under the control of Atmosphere Kites and therefore is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. Links provided on the website are provided to users only as a convenience. Atmosphere Kites accepts no liability in respect of the content of, any such linked site.

The Shop

• No contract to supply shall exist if your order has not been confirmed by email, Atmosphere Kites cannot be held responsible for the non arrival of emails for reason outside their jurisdiction
• Items can be returned within 7 days if completely unused and in perfect condition. Refund, less costs incurred and any subsequent charges, will be given on satisfactory return of goods
• Kiting can be a dangerous sport and we urge all customers to ensure that they are suitably experienced, have protective clothing and valid insurance before using any items we sell or demonstrate. If in doubt please arrange or ask for suitable training and ask for insurance details.
• These activities are carried out at the risk of the individual concerned - no liablity is accepted by Atmosphere Kites
• We ask above all that you have fun and take care when doing anything – well almost anything
